TV Documentary Producer
I’m currently a producer for “Who Can Forget,” a streaming and cable docuseries exploring the 10 biggest news stories for each year dating back to 1969. Combining my news production experience, vast pop culture knowledge, and work as a comedian, I help illuminate important and offbeat stories for this highly nostalgic longform documentary series.
For each episode, after working with a team of producers to determine which stories to cover, I thoroughly research each segment, develop questions, and interview a wide range of guests. I then shape the interviews into a compelling narrative, incorporating news and archival footage to tell a complete story.
During post-production, I find and license assets from companies like ABC, the Associated Press, and Getty Images, navigate rights and clearances, select b-roll and stock footage, choose music, and assist a team of remote Adobe Premiere editors.
